Community & Connection

Support Groups

About Support Groups

You don’t have to navigate this alone

Support groups offer something individual therapy cannot — the experience of being witnessed and understood by others who share similar struggles. In a confidential, thoughtfully guided space, you’ll connect with people navigating the same life challenges, building a sense of community and belonging that’s often hard to find elsewhere.

What to Expect

How groups are structured

Small & Intentional

Groups are limited to 6-8 members to ensure everyone has adequate time and space to be heard, supported, and valued. Intimate enough to foster real connection.

Complete Confidentiality

What’s shared in the group stays in the group. This foundation of trust is essential for people to show up authentically and do meaningful work.

Guided by Experience

As your facilitator, I bring clinical expertise and genuine care to hold space for difficult emotions, validate experiences, and guide conversations toward healing.
