Each group is designed to gently explore meaningful themes while building insight, resilience, and connection. Through shared experiences and guided reflection, group therapy helps reduce isolation, deepen self-awareness, and encourage lasting change—all within a space where you can feel seen, supported, and understood.

Life Transition

Our Life Transition support group offers a compassionate and supportive space for individuals navigating periods of change and uncertainty. Life transitions can take many forms—career shifts, relationship changes, relocation, aging, identity exploration, or unexpected life events—and even positive changes can bring feelings of stress, grief, or disorientation. 


Group focus on the exploration of the emotional impact of transitions, identify personal strengths, and develop tools to build resilience and clarity during times of uncertainty.

Self-Esteem | Positive Body Image

Our Self-Esteem and Positive Body Image support group offers a supportive and affirming space for individuals seeking to strengthen their sense of self-worth and develop a healthier, more compassionate relationship with their body. Struggles with self-esteem and body image can be shaped by life experiences, societal pressures, comparison, and internalized beliefs that often leave people feeling “not enough.”


Group focus on challenging negative self-talk, building self-compassion, and developing a more balanced and grounded sense of identity that is not solely defined by appearance or external expectations.

Grief & Loss

Our Grief and Loss support group provides a compassionate, supportive space for individuals navigating the pain of losing someone or something significant in their lives. Grief can take many forms—whether related to the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or other meaningful life changes—and it often unfolds in deeply personal and non-linear ways.


Group focus on the exploration of the emotional, physical, and relational impacts of grief while gently supporting healing, meaning-making, and adjustment.
